The Count: “…instead of sucking water, I’m sucking life.”
Caecilia: “Someone-a say ‘suckin’ yife’.”

Caecilia: “Margaret bite-a-pintz me.” (Points to small injury on her arm.)
Margaret: “No I didn’t!”
Caecilia: “Yes you are!”
Margaret: “No I didn’t!”
Caecilia: “Yes you are!”

Karol: “Mama, I took Margaret’s brain out from under her hair and I put a golden brain in her head. Now she is a super girl!”

Karol: “Papa! I’m a hero…..like Batman!”

Karol to Margaret: “When you are five, your teeth will fall out and somebody will give you new ones!”

Karol (after having missed brushing his teeth the previous night): “They are still there! My teeth didn’t fall out!”

Mama: “Margaret, no thumb.”

Margaret: “I only suck my thumb if there is dust on it.”
